1 Introduction
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the trader Bjoias (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company Belajóias – Importação e Representação, lda. with a capital of 5.000 Euros, whose headquarters is situated at Portela de São Faustino Cx208z, 8100-093 Boliqueime, Portugal and registered on the register of companies and commerce in Loulé - Portugal under the number 508 307 759. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Bjoias as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

2. Ordering
Before ordering, you must register on our website by filling out the form available.
There are two different ways of placing an order:
- by Internet on our website: http://www.bjoias.com/  (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)
- by e-mail: send your order to orders@bjoias.com

We will send you confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order.

3. Product information
Bjoias takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market. The User is free to ask for more information about a product before ordering.

4. Prices
The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros and include all taxes but do not include delivery. The chosen possible delivery costs are indicated for the User during the product selection and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment.

5. Payments
For orders placed directly on our online shop:
- Bank transfer: You need to choose this option before confirming your order. You will receive an email with the bank transfer information. The order will be sent after payment is received.
- Paypal: This is the easiest and safest way to pay your order with your credit card. You need to have a Paypal account. To open a paypal account, visit  http://www.paypal.com/ 
For orders placed by email:
- Paypal: You don't need to have a paypal account. We will send you the details to pay your order through our Paypal account. This is the most secure way to pay your order as we will not have access to your data.

6. Commentary, criticism, communication
Any opinions left by Bjoias Users are screened and moderated by the marketing team.
If the comments infringe on the law or are inappropriate (abusive publicity, defamation, insults, out of context commentary…), Bjoias reserves the right to refuse it or to modify it.

7. Protection of personal data
Since the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders and for billing, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.
By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.
Communicating false information is contrary to the present General Conditions.
Bjoias will not provide your data to third-parties.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978). You can at any time make a request to Bjoias to find out what personal information they have concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information. If you accepted to receive our promotional e-mails when you registered on the Site, offers including new items, good deals etc. will be sent to you. You may at any time request not to receive any further e-mails from us by sending us na email with “Remove email”.

8. Intellectual ownership
All the content on the Bjoias site (illustrations, texts, names and images) is the property of Bjoias. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorisation by Bjoias.

 

Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
For products in stock, your order will be sent within 3 business days.
If a ring size change is required, your order will be sent within 7 business days.
For products which are out of stock or special orders, the delay will normally be around 30 days.
Our clients will be promptly informed by email of any change to theses delays.
For custom-made orders, the delivery delay will be indicated with the quotation.

 

The orders will be shipped by a certified transport company and will be fully insured until destination.

We will do everything we can for our jewels to meet your expectations.
1. Returns:
You have the right to return a product within 14 days from delivery date. To do so, you need to send us an email with the reasons for the return. If it is accepted by Bjoias, the product must be sent through registered and insured mail. The shipping costs will be paid by the costumer, except in case of defect. After receiving the returned product, Bjoias will verify if the return conditions are fulfilled and will then reimburse you through bank transfer or paypal account.

2. Returns conditions:
Returns will only be accepted in the original package and without any sign of use.
For ring size change, we may have to charge you an extra cost. Our customer will always be informed of any extra cost to be charged in order to do the exchange before hand.
For hygiene reason, earrings will not be accepted in return, except in case of defect.
Custom-made jewels will not be accepted in return, except in case of defect.
